Big Blow To Chandrababu In Fibernet Scam!

Things are not going well with TDP supremo Chandrababu Naidu. He was arrested and sent to remand in connection with the skill scam and he is not getting the required relief. One after the other, the cases are surrounding him and not letting him breathe.

Chandrababu Naidu faced a big jolt in the Fiber Net case as the ACB Court gave its nod to the prisoner transfer warrant against him in the Fiber Net scam. After the CID lawyers placed their arguments, the court gave the orders in this regard.

The ACB Court said that Chandrababu Naidu should be personally presented before the court on Monday between 10:30 AM to 5:00. It is known that Chandrababu Naidu moved the Supreme Court with a quash petition seeking directives to quash the case against him.

The quash petition will be heard on Friday, which is tomorrow. The verdict of the Supreme Court can impact the case and hence the ACB Court said that if the Supreme Court gives any verdict then the lawyers can inform the court.

Prisoner in Transit or PT Warrant is a process of seeking the court’s permission to move the prisoner out of jail when he or she is arrested in another case. The warrant is given under Section 267 Cr. P.C.

The PT Warrant was sought by the CID as Chandrababu Naidu was already arrested and sent to remand in connection with the AP Skill Development Case.

AP Fibernet case is one of the scams unearthed by the CID after the government changed. The investigating agency is going aggressively in the case.
