As Komatireddy Raj Gopal Reddy left the party, the focus went on to former MP BJP leader G Vivek Venkataswamy.
In the wake of the upcoming general elections in Telangana, we are getting to see the leaders switching sides. Leaders from one party are joining others increasing the political heat in the state. We have seen such incidents a few times and we continue to see them.
The BJP party which often says that it will come to power in the state faced a big blow as former MLA Komatireddy Raj Gopal Reddy left the party for the Congres party. He went back to the Congress fold from the saffron party.
He was with the Congress party earlier. But he shifted loyalties to the BJP and called for the by-elections. But he could not win the elections and lost the by-poll. Since then, he has been keeping his distance from the party activities for some time.
As Komatireddy Raj Gopal Reddy left the party, the focus went on to former MP BJP leader G Vivek Venkataswamy. Reports started doing rounds that he might also leave the party as the former MLA did.
With this, he was forced to react to the reports. The senior leader responded to the reports and said that there was no truth in the reports and that he is not leaving the party.
The senior leader said that he is not in touch with any Congress leader and he is not holding talks with the party on shifting the loyalties. I am not leaving the party and there is no truth in the reports that are doing rounds.
