There is a specific reason why many Hindu origin individuals do not prefer to eat mutton at hotels in Hyderabad as they fear that they might have mixed beef in the place of mutton. This is a standard practice in several hotels as beef is cheaper than mutton and hotels look for profit making mechanisms.
On that note, we have something extremely shock that has happened in Hyderabad as it is established that a group that is mixing beef with mutton and selling it to Hotel has been apprehended.
Apparently, the Crime Team of Hyderabad apprehended two persons for supposedly supplying beef in place of mutton to several hotels in the city.
The accused have been identified as Mohd Osman who’s happens to be the owner of Osman Meat Shop in Mallepally and Mohd Jahangir Pasha, who is a worker at Ayan Beef Shop.
The group was caught supplying beef as mutton to hotels and the city Police handed over both accused to Habeeb Nagar Police Station. On top of that, the officials also seized 50 kg of meat mixed with beef during the operation.
A police case has been registered to this effect, and further investigation is currently underway. In the meanwhile, the police department is cracking down further and establishing whether there are more people who are operating on these lines in Hyderabad.
Many people are now being advised to avoid eating mutton dishes outside at the restaurants as there is this contamination possibility of mixing cow meat with mutton.
