The IT sector is among the big sectors in the country. New sectors are also coming. But IT did not lose its prominence and IT jobs are preferred by the people mostly. IT employees will have some perks like extra pay if they work in odd hours and they are also given incentives.

When people talk about the IT sector and employees only positive aspects are highlighted. But many don't know that IT employees also face issues and the profession makes the employees develop many health issues.

A new study has found that the majority of employees deal with some or the other issues. HCL Healthcare conducted medical tests on around 56,000 employees across the country more than 77 percent of them were found dealing with many health issues which is very concerning.

The outcome of the study is that around 22 percent of respondents were found to be obese, while 11 percent of them had Prebiotics and 11 percent were dealing with blood deficiency.

The study sheds light on the situation of IT employees and how they are dealing with many issues. The size of the respondents is less and hence a smaller percentage of employees were found with conditions. If the size would be bigger then the employees with issues might also be big.

IT employees will have to work in front of the system for longer periods. Sitting for longer periods leads to backache and other problems. As they work for longer periods they suffer from health issues and lack of sleep.

Due to their work schedule and odd working hours, they cannot follow a good diet. Not only that alcohol and drinking habits will also have a big impact on employees and the experts say that these habits will affect the fertility rates.
