Kangana Ranaut entered the film industry without any support and reached the space she is enjoying now. With back-to-back films, she earned the image of queen of Bollywood. However, her career faced a big jolt as few films were bombing at the box office. She pinned high hopes on her upcoming biggie.

Kangana Ranaut will be seen next in Emergency which talks about the events involving the Emergency period in India during the tenure of Indira Gandhi. The film is said to be made on a big scale. However, the film might face danger as a Congress-ruled state might impose a ban.

As per the reports, a few members from the Sikh community met Telangana Government adviser Mohammad Ali Shabbir. It is said that during the meeting they raised their objections over the film and sought to ban the film's screening.

The members are said to be of the view that the Sikh community was shown in a bad light and their portrayal might not be in a good way. Having raised the objections they reportedly want the screening to be banned.

Reports say that the Telangana government is reportedly looking at banning the film in the state. If this happens then it would be a big blow to the MP. Bollywood films get a good reception in Hyderabad and other parts of the state and banning the film would be a huge blow. While there is no official confirmation on this, media reports say the same.

A petition is said to have been filed in Punjab and Haryana High Court seeking a ban on the film. Reports say that a PIL was filed in this regard. Looks like Kangana Ranaut might face problems with her ambitious film.
