Winning and losing is part and parcel of politics and it is common for any big leader to see defeat. Only a few are blessed to end their career without any defeat. But not everyone is that lucky. What the observers say is that accepting defeat gracefully is what the leaders should do.

When the BRS party was in power for two consecutive terms lost the elections many felt that the party would accept the defeat and introspect on the reasons which played a key role in the defeat.

But the comments which came from the father-son duo grabbed everyone's attention. Both KCR and KTR reacted as if it was the mistake of the voters to not vote for the BRS and vote the Congress to power.

Former IT Minister KTR equated voters voting for the Congress to goats blindly trusting a butcher. KCR took a step ahead and said that voters became too greedy and picked Congress over the BRS. It was a big shock that people of their stature gave such a reaction.

KTR is young and he could not digest the first defeat of the party after the state bifurcation and gave a fierce response. But KCR had a long history in politics that lasted a few decades.

He was in politics in the combined state as well and served as the Cabinet Minister. To fight for the special state demand he started a party named TRS. Later he indulged into the movement and became the Chief Minister of the divided state. KCR even dreamt of entering national politics and changed his party's name to BRS from TRS.

Looking at the comments made by KCR and KTR there is an opinion that they should have made the habit of accepting the defeat gracefully instead of making such unexpected comments.
