Now we have an interesting reference to the latest real estate woman in Hyderabad, and this is regarding one of the prime locations in the city, which is selling like hot cake.

The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority conducted e-auctions on September 9, 2026, for plots in the Neopolis layout and Golden Mile Site-1 in Kokapet region and the numbers are superior.

The Golden Mile Site-1 plot, spread across 0.70 acre, received the highest bid of ₹115 crore per acre and the HMDA had earlier fixed the proposed upset price for the plot at ₹70 crore per acre.

The bid was ₹45 crore above the proposed upset price. The response indicated continued demand for land parcels in Kokapet and other parts of western Hyderabad.

In the Neopolis layout, Plot No. 17, spread across 4.59 acres, received one bid. The bidder quoted ₹120 crore per acre for the plot. This is a strong indication of the strong real estate bomb in Hyderabad, which is creating a sensation across the country.

While other cities have been struggling with regard to the real estate market, it is great to see Hyderabad going so strong, even at this point in time.
