Why Lakshmi Parvathi Missed NTR’s Coin Release Ceremony?

Celebrated film star and veteran politician Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao popularly known as NTR is among the very few people who shined in both films and politics. He is regarded as a legendary actor who shot to super fame by playing the roles of Hindu deities. Given his big legacy, the Indian government announced that a special Rs 100 coin will be unveiled on his centenary birth anniversary.

Today is the day that was fixed for the ceremony. The coin was unveiled and the President spoke highly about NTR. All eyes were on the ceremony as it allowed seeing the family members together. However, one person missed the invitation which gave birth to many doubts and theories about why this happened.

NTR"s widow, Nandamuri Lakshmi Parvathi, who is currently serving as the Chairperson of AP Telugu and Sanskrit Academy was not invited to the ceremony. This is a big shock as the family members will be invited as the occasion is very big. However, Lakshmi Parvathi was not invited.

Having faced a shock with this, Lakshmi Parvathi is said to have written to President Droupadi Murmu and union finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman complaining why she was not invited for such a big occasion and she is the wife of late NTR.

While a few reasons are doing rounds, one possibility is grabbing attention. Many say that NTR"s daughter Daggubati Purandeswari might be behind this and she might have been the reason behind Lakshmi Parvathi not getting invited.

Daggubati Purandeswari was instrumental in taking care of the process of inviting the guests. It is also said that she prepared the list and Lakshmi Parvathi missed on the list.

Though NTR married Lakshmi Parvathi, it is reported that his family members opposed it. Their alleged approval of the marriage is such that they maintain a big gap with her.

Adding fuel to the opinion, Lakshmi Parvathi never attended any family function in the Nandamuri family after NTR"s demise. Recently, Nara and Nandamuri families attended Nandamuri Suhasini"s son"s grand wedding. Lakshmi Parvathi was not seen there.

Citing all these reasons, many say that Daggubati Purandeswari popularly known as Chinnama might have not included Lakshmi Parvathi in the guests list. She is the chief of AP BJP now and also took care of the guest list reportedly.
