The countdown for the Lok Sabha elections has started. Telangana which went for the Lok Sabha elections earlier is also gearing up for the polls. The major parties in the state took the elections prestigiously and swung into action already. Out of all the constituencies, one seat is grabbing all the attention.

There is no doubt in saying that the Malkajgiri seat is a hot seat in the state. The political observers say that there might be a three-faced battle with the ruling Congress, opposition BRS, and BJP in the race for the elections. The seat was earlier held by the Congress.

Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy held the seat earlier and he resigned from it after winning as an MLA. The three parties are adamant about winning the seat and are busy campaigning for the seat.

However, the trend is that local and non-local issues are being highlighted. An interesting poster war is happening in the seat. The posters say that the BRS candidate is local while Congress and BJP candidates are non-locals.

These posters are grabbing everyone’s attention as they highlight how many kms should be traveled to meet the candidates. While it takes 166 km to meet the BJP candidate, it takes 59 km for the Congress candidate, the poster says.

Former Huzurabad MLA Etela Rajender is the BJP candidate and the poster highlights the same. Patnam Sunitha Reddy is a Congress candidate and the poster says it takes 59 to go to Chevella to meet the candidate.

On the other hand, the posters call Ragidi laxmareddy as the local. While there is no clarity on who put up these posters they became the talk of the town and grabbed everyone’s attention.
