A few months from now are going to be intense with the much-awaited elections. The election fever will start with the Assembly elections in a few states followed by the big finals, the Lok Sabha polls. The elections in the poll-bound states are seen as the semi-finals for the big fight.

Telugu state Telangana is also among the poll-bound states and will go for the elections in a few months. Following this, the Election Commission officials visited the state. After the review meetings, the officials said that the senior voters can utilize the vote-from-home option to cast votes.

On the other hand, the parties are busy drawing the strategies to come to power. Adding intensity to the polls, the Lok Poll survey said that the Congress would come to power. The Grand Old Party will win 61-67 seats in the elections. The magic figure to come to power in Telangana is 60 and Congress is expected to go past the mark.

The survey came as a big shock to the ruling BRS and BJP which are confident of winning the polls. The survey said that BRS would win 45 - 51 seats while the Bharatiya Janata Party might win just 2-3 seats.

The BRS has been saying that it will come to power in the state for the third term, a rare feat in the state. Recently, IT Minister KTR said that his father will create history with the third term. But the survey results have something else to say.

Talking about the BJP, it is also confident of coming to power with the leaders saying the same. But the survey says that it will be restricted to 2-3 seats. The Party now has three MLAs- Raghunandan Rao, Rajender and Rajasingh. There is no clarity on whether Raja Singh will get a ticket or not.

Overall, the survey results predict a big win for Congress and a shock for BRS and BJP. We have to wait and see how the parties will react to the survey.
