MAA Association's Big Step In Fighting Trolls, Meets DGP!
Saying that a committee would be set up to look into the issue the MAA members said that the channels which post such content would be terminated.
If there is any actor from Tollywood who is vocal on the offensive language and social media trolls on actors then it has to be Manchu Vishnu. He has been talking about the issue and the threat it poses for a long time. Continuing the fight he earlier warned about pumping such content.
Now the MAA Association took a big step in this and filed a complaint. Siva Krishna, Siva Balaji, and Rajeev Kanakala met the DGP and filed a complaint about YouTubers who troll actors. MAA members said that the trollers' behavior is objectionable as they drag personal matters too.
Saying that a committee would be set up to look into the issue the MAA members said that the channels which post such content would be terminated. This is the major step from MAA in dealing with the trollers.
This comes days after a big warming from Manchu Vishnu, MAA President. Recently he warned social media creators to be cautious about the language they use and immense trolling is not accepted.
It is known that YouTuber Praneeth Hanumantu’s offensive video became a big sensation and he was even arrested in the issue. After the incident, everyone started talking about trolling on social media without any border.
Reacting to the issue Vishnu said that trolls on actors and actresses will not be accepted and strong action would be taken. Saying that a few channels were taken already he urged others to be careful. Now the MAA association took a big step in fighting trolling by filing a complaint with the DGP.
