Everyone is talking about an IIT Madras graduate who is ranked the richest woman in the country. Among the self-made people, she was ranked at the top who made it big wealth. The company she started in 1996 grew bigger and bigger and her worth is over 47000 crore.
The 2024 Hurun India Rich List had listed out the self-made women in India who succeeded with their thoughts. Radha Vembu who co-founded Zoho was ranked at the top on the list with a worth of Rs 47,500 crore. She owns a 50 percent share in the company.
The Chennai-based entrepreneur is an IIT Madras graduate. She and her brother Sridhar Vembu founded the Zoho web conferencing company. She has a major stake in the Zoho company and holds crucial positions in the company.
Besides this Radha Vembu is also the director of Zoho Mail and Corpus Foundation and Janaki Hi-tech Agro. With multiple feathers to her illustrious cap, she made it to the top place on the list.
Nykaa Founder Falguni Nayar is on the second palace with Rs 32,200 crore worth followed by Jayshree Ullal(Rs 32,100 crore), Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw(Rs 29000 cr), Neha Narkhede & Family(4,900), Juhi Chawla and family(Rs 4,600), Indra K Nooyi(Rs 3,900), Neha Bansal(Rs 3100), Devita Rajkumar Saraf(Rs 3,000 Cr) and Kavitha Subramanian(Rs 2700 cr).
