Let alone infusing new enthusiasm among the party cadres, the sudden active moves of actor-politician Konidela Nagababu, brother of Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan, have only created new rifts and disappointments in the Jana Sena. He has been touring the North Andhra region to hold party workers' conclaves ahead of the 2024 elections. But, his meetings are ending up creating more problems for the party.

For instance, former MP and former minister Konathala Ramakrishna, who has considerable influence all over Anakapalle Lok Sabha constituency, has not been attending the review meetings being held in Anakapalle. If sources are to be believed, there is no invite for him. Nagababu himself is conducting the meetings, sources said. This led to several Jana Sena leaders absent themselves from these meetings.

Retired senior official Sivasankar, who has been managing the Jana Sena affairs for the past 10 years, has not been invited to the review meeting held at Pendurthi. Sivasankar's supporters created a ruckus over this at the review meeting. The meeting ended in utter confusion.

Sources say that Nagababu is showing his clear support to businessman-entrepreneur Sundarapu Sathish, who has little political experience. Satish himself has not been active in Jana Sena affairs all these days. Thus, Nagababu's meetings are leaving the cadre and the diehard Pawan Kalyan supporters in total confusion.
