The Nandamuri family has a lot of prominence not just in the entertainment world but also in the political arena. It is one of the most illustrious film families in the country. Talking about politics, Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao, the flagbearer of the family saw great heights and even played a big role in national politics.

Suhasini, who hails from such a big political family entered the electoral politics with a lot of expectations. However, she could not meet the expectations and fell short of them. She made a big political debut in 2018 in Telangana.

However, Nandamuri Harikrishna's daughter could not win the elections from the Kukatpally seat despite an intense campaign. But it is said that the grand old TDP is making sure that Suhasini enters the Assembly house this time.

Recently, TDP announced that it will contest as many as 87 seats in the upcoming Telangana elections. Now it is said that Suhasini might also try her luck in the upcoming polls.

The political circles say that Suhasini might contest from two seats in Telangana where the party is strong. Besides Kukatpally, where she contested in the last polls, Nandamuri Suhasini might also contest from LB Nagar.

Both seats are the strong areas of the grand old party and even if she loses from one seat she can win from the other seat. It looks like the party is adamant about sending the Nandamuri scion to the Assembly in Telangana.

In the 2018 polls, Andhra Telangana sentiment was raised. When a few parties joined hands to form a grand alliance, the ruling BRS raised the Telangana sentiment that helped it win the elections.

The same will not be the case for the upcoming elections as TRS became BRS to focus on national politics and hence it cannot use the stagey it used in 2018. So Nandamuri Suhasini will have a better chance of winning the elections.
