Meet New Andhra Pradesh CS,1987 Batch IAS Officer!

Neerabh Kumar Prasad is the new Chief Secretary of Andhra Pradesh. He is currently serving as Special Chief Secretary for Forest, Environment, and Science.

After the government changed in Andhra Pradesh and the new government will take charge soon a new debate was started which says there might be changes in the top officials. The serving officials might be replaced. Adding fuel to this, the CS was reportedly asked to go on leave.

Earlier it was reported that a 1992 batch IAS officer might be appointed as the new Chief Secretary. But a 1987 batch IAS officer was given the big position. Orders were issued by the administration confirming his appointment. Let us have a look at the new CS.

After asking the serving CS to go on a leave the administration kept everyone guessing on who would be the next CS. Putting an end to the suspense, the administration picked the senior IAS officer for the big position. Official orders were also given in this regard.

A couple of days back the officials met Chandrababu Naidu to congratulate him on the big win. The new Chief Secretary was appointed. A day after Jawahar Reddy went on a leave his replacement was announced.

Reports say that TDP boss Chandrababu Naidu might take oath as the Chief Minister on the 12th of this month and we might hear an official word soon. Ahead of this the new Chief Secretary was appointed.
