But there is a man who has been contesting election after election. Across the segments, he contested more than 200 elections. He even contested against big names. Despite losing lakhs in deposits he continues to do the same. That is why the person has the name of King of Elections.

The person we are talking about is Padmarajan who hails from Tamil Nadu. So far he contested 238 elections including MP and Sarpanch polls. He did not win at least one. But that won't stop him from facing elections.

Padmarajan started facing elections in 1988 and he has been doing the same. His track record is such that he contested against the likes of Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Manmohan Singh, Narendra Modi, Rahul Gandhi, KCR, and others.

It is said that Padmarajan had spent over Rs 1 crore with the elections. Across the segments, he contested many elections and lost all of them. The highest votes he received was over 6k which he received in 2011 polls. However, there is no information on his obsession with the elections and the expenditure.

Padmarajan is not from a rich background and he runs a small shop. From the amount he gets, he is trying his luck in the elections. For the upcoming polls, he is contesting from the Dharmapuri seat.
