We Might See Pawan Kalyan Vs Balakrishna In Telangana?
In the absence of party chief Chandrababu Naidu who is in prison now, Nandamuri Balakrishna might campiagn for the party.
Thanks to the changes in the political landspace in Andhra Pradesh we got to see unexpected scenes. After Chandrababu Naidu was arrested and sent to the Rajahmundry Central Prison earlier last month, Pawan Kalyan and Balakrishna met him at the prison and addressed the media.
They both spoke to the media and announced that both parties will walk together in the next elections. Pawan Kalyan and Balakrishna who jointly addressed the media in Andhra Pradesh might face each other in Telangana and they might be pitted against each other.
Janasena already announced that it will contest 32 seats in the upcoming general elections. While announcing the same, the party said that a call would be taken on the alliances.
In what could be a shock, a few Telangana BJP leaders including chief Kishan Reddy met Pawan Kalyan. Pawan was reportedly asked to give support to the party in the next elections. The Janasene chief might say yes to this and ally with the BJP in Telangana. The party might get a few seats in return.
So a debate is going on saying that Pawan Kalyan might serve as a star campaigner for the party in the much-awaited elections. Given his popularity, he can attract big crowds and if the party can convert the crowds into votes, it would be a big advantage.
Talking about the Telugu Desam Party, it is also trying its luck in Telangana. The party is expected to announce the candidates list for the polls soon. In the absence of party chief Chandrababu Naidu who is in prison now, Nandamuri Balakrishna might campiagn for the party.
Earlier, Telangana TDP chief Kasani Gnaneshwar said that Balakrishna might campaign for the party in the state.
Connecting all these dots, the political observers say that we might possibly see Pawan Kalyan vs Balakrishna in Telangana politics. If this happens, then it is a surprising scene to see. On one hand, TDP and Janasena are focusing on working together in Andhra Pradesh. On the flip side, the two leaders might face each other in the campaign activities.
