History Created: RCB Wins IPL 2026!

After being without an IPL trophy for as many as 18 years, Royal Challengers, Bengaluru have became an absolute beast of a team as they have made it twice in two years now. After having secured the IPL 2025 season last year, RCB has won the trophy this year and they are third team to repeat his achievement in the history of IPL.

Earlier it was Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings, which were the only two teams to win the IPL goal back to back in consecutive season and RCB have created this history again now.

It was Virat Kohli, who was absolutely brilliant with the bank as he took RCB second title with his brilliant performance in the finals. He was literally untouchable with the bat as he carried the entire team on his shoulders by nearly 50% of the target.

RCB is not the most consistent team in the IPL in the last couple of years and the fact that they have won the title back to consecutive seasons is indicative of the same. RCB faced a lot of criticism and negative attention for 18 years after failing to win the trophy in two decades. But they have finally made it happen in the last couple of seasons by winning back-to-back.
