Mumbai Actress Case: Sajjala Filed Defamation Case?

The alleged controversial case involving a Mumbai actress came as a big shock and increased the political heat in Andhra Pradesh. For the past few days we have been hearing a lot of sensational cases concerning the case. It is said that the actress and her family members were harassed earlier.
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu reacted to this and said that action would be taken against the guilty. The state Home Minister also assured strict action. It is no wonder that this is a burning issue in the state.
The issue took a political turn as big names in the YCP were reportedly linked to the case. This has increased the political heat in the state. Adding fuel to this the actress is said to have given an interview to a Telugu news channel and revealed shocking details.
Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy who served as the Government advisor in the last term also faced allegations in the case. However, he denied these allegations as baseless. Talking about the news that appeared in a big daily he said that fake news is being circulated.
Now the issue is said to have taken a big turn with Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy filing a case. As per the reports, Sajjala filed a defamation case against a newspaper and a TDP leader who took his name while talking about the case.
Sakshi reported that Sajjala filed the defamation case and served notices to the concerned people in connection with the row.
On the other hand, a special officer was appointed to probe the matter. An assistant commissioner of police (ACP) rank officer has been appointed as the special officer to look into the case and probe the matter.
