YS Sharmila's party to merge with Congress anytime now

Though YS Sharmila tried to keep her Delhi tour under wraps' the media got a whiff of it and began chasing her. The media and the political observers have for long suspected that YSR's daughter and YSRTP chief is all set to join the Congress bandwagon ahead of the assembly elections in Telangana.

Lending credence to these suspicions' YS Sharmila returned from Delhi in the same plane that Congress MP Komatireddy Venkat Reddy was travelling. Komatireddys are known to be diehard supporters of YSR. It is now strongly believed that they were in Delhi to finalise their merger plans.

Sharmila though has said that she would spell out her future plans soon. Komatireddy too was evasive in his replies' but said he would welcome YS Sharmila into the Congress. Pundits say that it is only a matter of time when YS Sharmila would formalise her party's relations with the Congress Party.

The rumours of YS Sharmila merging her party into the Congress began to float around when YS Sharmila met Karnataka Pradesh Committee chief DK Shiva Kumara. Since then' she has been sending signals that she is inching closer to the Congress Party and that she would play a key role in Telangana.
