Why TDP-Janasena Picked Nov 1 To Release Joint Manifesto?
Many wonder what made the parties pick November 1st as the D-day for the joint manifesto release.
As a result of the change in the political picture in Andhra Pradesh, former allies Janasena and Telugu Desam Party joined hands to ally for the upcoming elections. Both parties are now busy drawing strategies on how to go to elections together. A co-ordination committee was also set up to look into such things.
Both parties which are confident about coming to power and forming the government as they did in 2014 are now gearing up to announce a joint manifesto aimed at the upcoming elections. It is said that the joint manifesto by Janasena and Telugu Desam Party will be released on the 1st of November.
Once the manifesto is released, both parties are expected to start the campaign activities. The manifesto was expected to be released by now if everything had gone well. But it took more time than expected.
Many wonder what made the parties pick November 1st as the D-day for the joint manifesto release. Many felt that the date might have been fixed as it marks the formation day of the combined Andhra Pradesh. The state was formed back in 1956.
However, it is said that there is a bigger reason behind this and that's why the date was fixed. It is said that the date has relevance as Chandrababu Naidu who was arrested and sent to jail is expected to get relief before the date.
It is known that Chandrababu Naidu is waging a legal battle to get relief. The quash petition he filed is likely to be heard in one week and he might get a relief. If not, he might go for the interim bail petition. He might get relief with at least one of the possibilities.
However, there is no clarity on whether the possibilities can happen or not. We might get clarity on this in a few days. All we have to do is just wait and see.
