UK Court Finds 3 Indian-Origin People Guilty In Kidnap!

In a shocking incident, a court in the United Kingdom slapped three Indian-origin men with a long jail term for kidnapping a businessman. It is said that the guilty kidnapped the businessman for a hefty amount and demanded the same. He was shown torture for a few hours before he was freed.

Going into details, Baljit Baghral, his brother David Baghral and their aide Shanu Shanu kidnapped a businessman in November last year. The three were found guilty of this and slapped with a jail term.

While the brothers were slapped with a jail term of 16 years each, their aide was slapped with 13 years and four months jail term.

The three guilty subjected the victim to severe torture for a few hours. They took him into a vehicle and took him to a far-off place. He was reportedly tortured and subjected to violence.

As the victim was in their custody, the guilty made his colleague get the money they wanted and leave it at the place they wanted. After the money was received, they left the victim. Later, he went to the police and filed a case.

After examining the CCTV footage, they arrested the accused and found that a group was also started before the kidnap incident. Based on the evidence they have gathered the cops arrested the three. The three were arrested from different places. The Wolverhampton Crown Court which heard the issue found the trio guilty earlier. But they were sentenced to prison recently.
