Undavalli Brings New Headache To Chandrababu Naidu!

It is known that the Skill Development Scam is a much-discussed issue in Andhra Pradesh right now due to various reasons. First Chandrababu Naidu was arrested and sent to remand. On the other hand, the AP CID which is probing the case had sought Chandrababu Naidu’s custody.

As if that is not enough former MP Vundavalli Arun Kumar who is seeing relevance in the current political picture by picking contemporary issues waged into the issue and moved the High Court seeking sensational directives in the case.

The senior politician-turned-critic filed a sensational petition with the High Court seeking the CBI inquiry in the case. The ex-MP said that due to the intensity of the case and the involvement of high-profile people, there is a need for a detailed investigation and hence the case should be given to CBI.

In what could be a sensational development in the case, the High Court is said to have accepted the petition and it is expected to come for hearing soon. Undavalli Arun Kumar added as many as 44 people as defendants in the case including the Centre, state government, CBI, ED, Chandrababu Naidu, Atchannaidu, and others.

This can be seen as a big headache Undavalli Arun Kumar brought for Chandrababu. The special court already extended the remand of Chandrababu for a few days and will take a call on giving him to the custody of CID by this afternoon.

All eyes are on the court to see what happens here. Amid this, Undavalli Arun Kumar’s petition was accepted. If the case is granted to central agencies, then this will be another hammer blow for TDP and Chandrababu.
