US Embassy Has This Warning For Student Applicants!
Amid this, a warning was given to the students by the embassy. The applicants were warned to not use fake documents and to give genuine answers.
We have been seeing many unfortunate incidents involving Indians and students. In the last few months, the incidents increased massively. However, the trend appears to have no impact on the US dream as the numbers increase. In the previous Academic year a record number of student visas were approved which speaks volumes about the US dream of pursuing higher studies.
If the same trend continues the 2024 Academic year is likely to repeat or surpass the numbers of last year. Amid this, a warning was given to the students by the embassy. The applicants were warned to not use fake documents and to give genuine answers.
US Embassy spokesperson Nicole Holler spoke to the media on the Visa numbers and made some key comments. He said that in the academic year, visas were approved in large numbers compared to other countries and they are working to give the best in the current academic year.
Having said that he maintained the students should not use fake documents and provide genuine answers. The spokesperson said they want students to utilize the advising services to get information about the institutions that suit their needs.
Shedding light on the increase of the Visa numbers Nicole Holler said the facilities the institutions offer and the value the degree has in the job market are the key reasons for this.
In the last decade, the number of students moving to the US has increased massively. Most of the students prefer the US for the Masters for good exposure and better employment opportunities. The rise of Indian students is such that we are in second place in the Foreign students category after China.
