It is an established fact that the global job market has taken a pretty strong beating after the arrival of the artificial intelligence Revolution, which is changing things very drastically.

Now we have arrived at a point where the current generation of the population that’s not have too many options in terms of employment opportunities. They have to make do with whatever little option that they have in front of them.

However, the latest survey reports are suggesting that the current generation is more bothered about mental peace and dignity, rather than promotions and financial stability.

In a survey that was held to determine the choices of the current generation of the working population, it was established that they are more focused on having mental stability and peace rather than higher pay. Prioritising mental standards over anything else in the workplace environment.

This is a significant shift from the conventional mindset of the traditional working population, which had prioritised money or anything and everything.

It is evident that the thinking patterns of the current generation is completely different from the previous generation, and this is positive in one way or another.

The fact that these days are prepared to pick jobs with less salaries, if they provide better, mental stability could be an indication of what could be coming soon.

Earlier the trend was very monotonous as better salary packages resulted in people, taking a lot of financial and mental pressure for the sake of their jobs. But that is not going to be the case with the current generation anymore.
