After A Decade, Jagan To Face ED Action Again?

One of the most controversial cases in Indian politics in recent decades is that of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, who had faced CBI and ED cases shortly after the passing of his father and legendary CM YS Rajasekhar Reddy.

Jagan fought with these disproportionate asset cases for many years as he was constantly investigated by the enforcement directorate, and the central bureau of investigation.

And now nearly a decade after he has been free from such investigated action, it is being established that Jagan is back in the scene for the ED investigation.

Apparently, the ED authorities are contemplating the idea of serving notice as YS Jagan with regard to the Andhra Pradesh liquor scam. It is reported that he could very well be facing the ED action regarding these cases very soon.

It is already on that several people who are close to Jagan including Midhun Reddy and Vijay Sai Reddy were investigated by the ED till now. In fact, one of the closest members of Jagan’s group, Raj Kasireddy has been arrested and held

In jail in connection with the case.

If there is substantial evidence against the former chief minister, then there is every chance that they could be serving him notices and ask him to appear for investigation. This is not going to be positive news for Jagan or his supporters as the ED investigation always has its own risks.
