India, which is one of the leading rice exporters in the world, recently imposed a ban on exporting non-Basmati rice. This shocking decision is showing a big impact on the global market as the rice stocks decreased in some nations. Seeing this, the sellers are increasing the prices to encash the scarcity.

The ban on exports took the nations where Indians stay in big numbers by a big storm. After hearing the news, Indians living in other nations went into a panic mode and rushed to the rice stores to stock as many rice bags as possible. There was a mad rush in stocking up the rice bags.Through the visuals and pictures that went viral, we have seen how Indians rushed to the stores to get the rice bags.

However, Indians living in the United States need not worry about the rice as the stock is available in adequate numbers. There will be no issues for the next few months as far as the rice supply is concerned.

But the traders in the United States are saying that rice is there in required numbers and on top of this, a few thousands of metric tons of rice will reach the nation soon. Combined, the stock can address the demand for a few months.

As there is nothing to worry about for a few months, they are also confident that the issue will be sorted out soon. If this happens then there will be no issues.
