Champions Trophy To Go Asia Cup Way With BCCI's Decision?
This is not the first time the BCCI said no to going to Pakistan. For the 2023 Asia Cup, BCCI did not go to Pakistan and Sri Lanka hosted the matches along with Pakistan.

The reason behind the event getting a lot of attention is that Pakistan is hosting the ICC event and pinned high hopes that the Indian team would visit the nation. The Media reports are abuzz that the Pakistan team would face a big shock with this and the Indian team is unlikely to travel to Pakistan. Sources say that the BCCI is not ready to send the team to Pakistan and it is suggesting a hybrid model.
News Agency ANI said that the Indian team might not travel to Pakistan for the Champions Trophy. With this, the BCCI might ask the ICC to make the event a hybrid one with Dubai or Sri Lanka being the other venues.
