English player Brydon Carse faced a three-month ban as the betting charges were proven against him. He accepted the charges and the regulatory body imposed a sixteen-month ban.

However, a three-month ban was imposed on the player initially. He will be kept on suspension for 13 months. It is said that the 13-month suspension will not get into effect if he doesn't indulge in any unwanted actions.

Brydon Carse is accused of placing bets on many matches that happened between 2017 and 2019. However, it is said that he placed bets on matches in which he did not play. When the issue went to the regulatory body a team swung into action to look into the matter.

During the investigation, the fast bowler accepted all the charges and cooperated with the officers. Sixteen months ban was imposed including 13 months of suspension.

The England fast bowler represented the England team in two formats. After a stunning county performance, he was given a call into the team. He played 17 international matches including 14 ODIs and 3 T20s. He impressed many with his bowling performance. What makes him special is that he can bat as well if needed.
