Volunteers were not impressed with what he did and breathed fire on him. Protests were held against him and a few cases were also filed. Now the issue was taken to the house.
It is said that a woman volunteer moved the Vijayawada Civil Court and filed a defamation case. A case was filed under various sections seeking strict action against the Janasena chief for the allegations he made. This is seen as a big blow to Pawan Kalyan.
Lawyers who represented the petitioner said that Pawan Kalyan should have to come to the court in this as the court will serve him notice after recording the petitioner's statement. The new development has caught everyone's attention yet again.
Reports say that the Volunteer was pained by the allegations Pawan Kalyan made against them and the objectionable comments he made are not acceptable and sought action against him.
Observers say that the issue might be a big shock to Pawan Kalyan as the allegations he leveled are not small. He alleged women trafficking and even quoted the central intelligence sources as telling him. As women trafficking is not a small issue, the court might ask him to produce evidence for this.
The evidence would clear the doubt on whether the agency's sources really told him anything about this or not. Pawan Kalyan might land in big trouble if the court takes the issue seriously if he fails to produce the details in this regard.
Pawan Kalyan created a big sensation with the allegations he made at a meeting held in Eluru as part of the Varahi Yatra. Addressing the event, Pawan said that thousands of girls are missing and alleged that the sensitive data gathered by the volunteers have a big role in this.
The objectionable comments he made against volunteers raised severe objections. Volunteers held protests demanding an apology from him. The State Women's Commission was also moved by a few volunteers. Reacting to this, a notice was served to the Janasena chief in the allegations row.
