Akhanda 2 Release Date Finally Confirmed!

After several days of confusion and disappointment, the makers of Akhanda 2 have finally confirmed its new release date. The movie, starring Nandamuri Balakrishna in the lead role will now hit theatres on December 12. This news brought a huge sense of relief and happiness to Balayya’s fans, who were eagerly waiting for the film.

Originally, the movie was planned to release on December 5 with paid premieres scheduled in the Telugu states. However, at the last moment, the release was suddenly postponed. This happened due to financial issues between the production company 14 Reels Plus and its partner studio Eros. The issue even reached the court, which made things more complicated and uncertain. Fans were left shocked and disappointed as one of the most awaited films of Balakrishna was delayed without a clear update.

After a few tense days, the legal issues were finally resolved. The Madras High Court gave official clearance for the movie’s release. Once this approval was received, the makers quickly locked December 12 as the final release date. Reports also suggest that paid premieres may take place a day before the release, after government permission is granted in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

The movie is directed by Boyapati Srinu, who earlier delivered a big hit with Balakrishna in the film Akhanda. Music is composed by Thaman S, whose background score played a major role in the success of the first part. Because of this powerful combination, expectations on Akhanda 2 are extremely high.
