Akhanda 2 Meet: Why Producers Are Missing?

Nandamuri Balakrishna returned to the big screen with his latest film Akhanda 2 and the expectations were significantly high on the same. The film opened on a strong note at the box office and the makers held a success meet event to celebrate the same.

However, the thing with the event is that producers of the film were missing at the same and this has led to several theories on social media.

Akhanda 2 finally released on December 12 after facing serious legal and financial issues that delayed it from its original December 5 release date. At the event, star Nandamuri Balakrishna, director Boyapati Sreenu, composer Thaman and other crew members were present, but the producers Raam Achanta and Gopi Achanta were notably absent.

Their absence sparked speculation because success meets normally include the producers. The delay of the film was caused by legal disputes and financial disputes with stakeholders and financiers, which required resolution before release.

Raam and Gopi had held a brief press meet on release day, but were not seen at other celebrations. During the success meet, Balakrishna and Boyapati Sreenu did not mention the producers, which fueled further curiosity among fans about possible tension behind the scenes.

Instead of attending the success meeting, the producers visited the Sri Bhramaramba Mallikarjuna Swamy temple in Srisailam on the same day, drawing even more attention to their absence at the Hyderabad event.
