Just alike her Mother Amala who is looking after Blue Cross, Akhil Akkineni is an animal lover and he is now gearing up to use his new-found star status to create awareness about adoption of pets.
A short while ago, Akhil announced: "Hey guys !!! Super excited about my @PetaIndia ad coming up very soon. It's all about "adopting" love. Stay tuned".
Amala has been offering her services to all kinds of animals from dogs to horses from decades. Without the support of her family, She mayn't have come this far and Akhil campaigning for PETA will offer her double happiness.
Good to see Akhil in a positive frame of mind even though his launch pad bombed at the Box Office. This kind of mindset will make him scale new heights in the years to come.
