Are Baahubali and KGF markets being exploited?

Baahubali opened a Pan-Indian market to South films. Sye Raa, Ala Vaikuntapuramu lo, Sarileru Neekevvaru, Bigil, Darbar, RRR are planned as pan-Indian films from Telugu and Tamil markets looking at Baahubali success.

2.0 did get good reception in Hindi, Tamil markets but Petta did not make any sound in other markets except Tamil. Sarkar from Vijay did not manage much traction in other languages too.

Saaho is a hit in Hindi but flop in other markets and languages. KGF Chapter-1 gave South films more power to explore Pan-Indian markets as it is a regular commercial film said with universal elements.

But Kannada Cinema is trying to project every hero film as Pan-Indian film and Kurukshetra, Pailwaan are released in different languages with same thought process.

Both are watched only by Kannada people and not others. Pailwaan hero Kiccha Sudeepa is known in every language and he is acting in Dabangg 3 and Sye Raa too. But his movie Pailwaan is not a Pan-Indian film surely as it looked like Sultan remake.

Looks like Pan-Indian tag is being misused by many films to exploit the market opened by Baahubali and KGF. Saaho too, falls under same category as it did not look like a Pan-India film, in any sense.
