'Baava Thaakithe' Lyrical: Expressing Love In Retro Style!

After a disaster like 'Sebastian PC 524', young and talented hero Kiran Abbavaram is aiming to make a strong comeback with his upcoming musical romantic entertainer 'Sammathame'. 'Color Photo' fame Chandini Chowdary is the heroine in this film which is directed by Gopinath Reddy. Praveena K bankrolled this project under the UG productions banner. The film is aiming to hit the big screens on 24th June.
The teaser got a positive response from the viewers and the songs which came out till date were well received too. The third single named 'Baava Thaakithe' has been unveiled today as announced. The song is a beautiful composition by Sekhar Chandra which takes us back to the old days and provides us with a nostalgic feeling. This retro song shows the romance between Kiran Abbavaram and Chandini Chowdary in 80's style. It all happens in the imaginary world of Kiran and the visuals look very appealing. Both the lead actors pulled off the retro costumes quite effortlessly and had good chemistry on the screen.
Mallikarjun and Malavika have lent their vocals to this song while Sanapati Bharadwaj Patrudu has penned the lovely lyrics. Apart from directing, Gopinath Reddy has also penned the story and screenplay for 'Sammathame'. Sekhar Chandra is the music composer while Sateesh Reddy Masam cranks the camera. Vilpav Nyshadam is going to edit this flick while Sudheer Macharla is taking care of the art department.
