Balakrishna Not To Come For Sankranthi?

Balakrishna made Sankranthi a festival for his fans to celebrate his films. But this Sankranthi turned out to be his worst nightmare.
His movie NTR Kathanayakudu, a dedication to his parents and also, biopic of his legandary actor-politician father - NTR. He thought it will help his party, TDP too, to win election as NTR is highly respected even today.
But the equation did not work as his expected and even though, a director like Krish made the film, it couldn't find audiences acceptance. He waited for election results till May, to give go ahead to his next film.
Boyapati Srinu's Vinaya Vidheya Rama debacle also made him think twice before starting his next with the director.
Now, his film with K.S. Ravikumar is ready to go on sets and the team is planning to finish shooting by November end. The first schedule will start in Bangkok and in 30-35 days will finish more than 50% of shoot it seems.
Rest will be completed in October-November period for 21st or 22nd December release, it seems. Producer, C. Kalyan did not want to release his film during an overcrowded Sankranthi with 100 crores budget films of Mahesh, Allu Arjun looking to take most of the theatres.
He might also try for Sarkar, Rajnikanth and Murugadoss film rights, which is locked for Sankranthi/Pongal release in association with Lyca Productions it seems. Hence, he is going for Christmas release for NBK's film, it seems.
From December, Balakrishna has asked Boyapati Srinu to plan his film shoot and they will try for Summer release like Legend, it seems.
Post these two, he could do Pink Remake in Telugu in Dil Raju production house with Boney Kapoor, who owns the rights to produce Pink remake in South Languages, it seems. Boney Kapoor is releasing Tamil version of Pink remake with Ajith, Nerkonda Paarvai on 10th August.
Puri Jagannath is also trying for NBK's dates and the actor still hasn't given him any indication to start talks, it seems.
