Balakrishna To Clash With Vaishnav Tej?

Nandamuri Balakrishna's Akhanda might be clashing with Vaishnav Tej's Konda Polam this October, suggest the latest reports. The makers of both these films are planning Dasara release.
Vaishnav's Konda Polam, which is helmed by Krish Jagarlamudi is up for release on 8th October. The film is touted to be a rural drama and it features Rakul Preet Singh in the female lead role.
As for Balakrishna's Akhanda, the makers of the big-budget action thriller are also contemplating Dasara release. However, they are yet to lock the date. Sources say the film is certainly releasing this Dasara. The official announcement on the release date will be made shortly.
It appears to be that both Akhanda and Konda Polam might be releasing the same weekend. If that actually turns to reality, it would be interesting to clash between senior hero, Balakrishna, and Vaishnav Tej, who scored a humongous blockbuster with his maiden film, Uppena.
