As per the sources information from the Censor Board, Legend Censor Certification process is going to get delayed due to the delay in submission of the complete flick. It seems that the Legend film unit failed to submit the entire flick for certification on time.
In spite of supplying the entire flick, Legend team applied for Censor Certification. Taking this into consideration, Censor Board official declined the application.
