Chiranjeevi always wanted to do the biopic of freedom fighter Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy. Even Paruchuri Brothers have a bound script to take the film on floors anytime. But, The project only got delayed for undisclosed reasons.
Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy has been remembered for centuries for his freedom struggle. He sacrificed his life for achieving independence in 1847, much before India's major revolt against the Britishers in 1957.
Nandamuri Balakrishna who is known for his love for historical subjects expressed his interest to play Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy onscreen. He believes people need to be aware of such an inspiring story of Telugu freedom fighter.
Interestingly, Boyapati Seenu is the front-runner to wield the megaphone irrespective of whom among Megastar & Nata Simha will sign the biopic.
