Box-Office: Another Disaster By Young Hero

After scoring two back to back debacles with 'Akhil' and 'Hello', young Hero Akkineni Akhil came up with another love story 'Mr. Majnu' under the direction of 'Tholi Prema' fame Venky Atluri. Akhil has pinned all his hopes on this movie. But the film that got released in January ended up as a disaster.
Recently the movie has wrapped up its final run with a distributor share of 11.15 cross. As the theatrical rights were valued at 22 crores, the movie became a biggest disaster with 50% recovery. In fact, the collections of the film came crashing down from the 2nd week itself. Not only the Telugu States, but the movie also became a disaster in the USA as well. When the theatricals were estimated to be $900 K, the movie made a gross of $227 K.
