Writer Kona Venkat has earlier declared that the First Look of the movie "Dictator" will be launched on September 17th at Khairatabad Ganesh pandal. Date is confirmed, as the look could be released online instantly, but what wonders is the venue.
Because with Khairatabad Ganesh Utsav Committee so serious about the festival and the culture, will they allow Dictator teaser launch to happen there? Also on first day, many devotees will be thronging to see the Ganesha idol that is installed at the place. In that case, will police allow the security barricades to be lessened and help Balayya launch his teaser? No doubt, it's little difficult.
