Telugu audience are somehow adjusted with the release of single film every week these days. But they are going to have a blast with five releases this weekend. Even though they are not star hero films, all the five films are different from each other. They are different genre films.. love.. crime.. thriller.. thriller.
Out of these five films Sekhar Kammula-Varun Tej film 'Fidaa' is the only big film. The success of 'Fidaa' is going to be crucial for director Sekhar Kammula, Varun as well as Sai Pallavi. Apart from 'Fidaa', 'Vaisakham' is another notable film. Senior director B. Jaya directed this film. Harish is debuting as hero with this love story. Heroine Avantika Mishra glamour has already become talk of the town. Celebrity promotions.. good songs created positive buzz on 'Vaisakham'.
The other films are 'Dandupalyam 2'.. 'Team 5'.. 'Mayamaal'. 'Dandupalyam 2' makers depended on the violence and nudity to score a hit. Heroine Sanjana nude scene has created huge controversy already. Another film 'Team 5' is promoted as cricketer Srisanth debut film, but they couldn't generate curiosity among the audience.
