Seems like Raviteja is much ahead of senior heroes Balakrishna, Nagarjuna and Venkatesh in terms of star power. At least, This is what Gemini TV Management feels!
Reportedly, The satellite rights of Raviteja's upcoming flick 'Power' has been sold out for a record Rs 7.5 crore prior to the release. Gemini TV has acquired the rights of the movie.
In fact, None of the 50-plus Heroes who scored hits with Legend, Manam and Drushyam have been able to achieve this feat even though the same entertainment channel has bagged the Satellite Rights of these successful films.
Manam - Gemini TV - Rs 7 crore
Legend - Gemini TV - Rs 6.25 crore
Drushyam - Gemini TV - Rs 5.5 crore
Raviteja bounced back with 'Balupu' after 7-8 flops in a row. He teamed up with Balupu Writer Bobby for 'Power' which is slated for release in the last week of August. There are high expectations on this flick as Ravi waited for almost 4-5 months for the bound script of 'Power' and taking his time to score back-to-back hits.
