'KGF' Actress Grabs The Attention Of Telugu Directors!

Tollywood filmmakers are always on the lookout for talented actors. They give chances to artists from any language if they see potential in them. Also, some of our directors have a lot of interest in bringing back senior heroines as supporting characters. Many actresses like Nadia, Khushboo, Meena, Tabu, Raashi and others have played crucial roles in some noted films lately.

The latest actress to grab the attention of our filmmakers is Raveena Tandon. The star Bollywood actress who was a heartthrob for many back in the nineties played a strong role in the recently released 'KGF - 2'. Her portrayal of Prime Minister Ramika Sen's character impressed many.

Apparently, she is getting a lot of opportunities from South Indian makers as per reports. Especially, Telugu directors are keen on giving her important roles. Grapevine suggests that Harish Shankar has reportedly approached her for a special role in his next film 'Bhavadeeyudu Bhagat Singh' which has Pawan Kalyan playing the lead. Even during her prime, Raveena Tandon acted in a couple of Telugu and Kannada films besides the likes of Balakrishna, Upendra and others.

We need to wait and see if Raveena Tandon accepts more South films and utilise the pan-Indian market or sticks to Bollywood.
