Maverick filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma is different from others as he sees things from his own lens. This nature of him had landed him in a lot of controversies. But the Shiva director has not changed his way of seeing things differently and gives his take on issues and development that attracts his attention.

The release of Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan in the alleged drugs case has made RGV take to Twitter to share his opinion on this. As usual, the controversial filmmaker has left the netizens in splits. This is one thing he is good at.

Comparing Aryan Khan's release to that of a film release, Ram Gopal Varma said, Diwali is famous for movie releases of Khans and a Khan was released for Diwali.

"In Bollywood, Diwali has always been reserved for a Khans's release. This Diwali also Khan got released", RGV tweeted.

Aryan Khan was released from jail on Saturday after 28 days. The occasion was celebrated in a big way. Shah Rukh Khan's residence Mannat was decorated and fans outside the house celebrated by bursting crackers.

He spent 28 days in jail in connection with the sensational drugs case that was busted by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in Mumbai earlier in October this year. A day after busting the racket, Aryan Khan and a few others were arrested.

The NCB officials have stressed on the WhatsApp chats of Aryan Khan and went through the chats. Under this, Bollywood actress Ananya Panday was grilled for two days. They reportedly discussed drugs in their chats and they sought explanation from the actress on the same. She is believed to have told the officials that she was joking in the chats.

On the other hand, NCP, one of the parties in Maharashtra's alliance government, said that the BJP is targeting celebrities through the central agencies.

NCB's Sameer Wankhede is accused of demanding bribes from Shah Rukh Khan. He is also facing allegations of forcing the witnesses to sign blank papers. The NCB took the matter seriously and called for an inquiry into the matter. The probe had started and more details are awaited
