OMG ! 14 Reels Is Spending 40 Crore On LIE

We do not know whether market of Telugu films has really increased or not but.. budgets of Telugu films are increasing by leaps and bounds. Except 'Baahubali' franchise and 'Khaidi No.150' no other films has collected the share of Rs. 100 crore till now but there are several films are on the sets with a budget of Rs.100 crores. Not only top stars but medium range heroes like Nithiin are following the same trend.
The latest buzz suggests that 14 Reels Entertainment banner is spening a whopping Rs.40 crore on Nithiin's upcoming film 'LIE'. The budget of Hanu Raghavapudi directorial came as a huge shocker to many as Nithiin doesn't command that kind of market. His last film 'A Aa' collected a share of Rs. 47 crore. But one should not forget the fact that the movie was directed by Trivikram Srinivas.
It is doubtful whether Nithiin can alone repeat that feat or not. On the other hand, Hanu Raghavpudi didn't deliver a super hit that has collected Rs. 40 crore till now. It is interesting to see how Nithiin-Hanu combo could make this film commercially viable for the producers.
