Can Padmavathi cross Baahubali?

Padmavathi trailer has been released recently and people are going ga ga over the visuals. They are taken away by the visual grandeur and detailing. The sets, cinematography, music and actors looked really big. Even though many Rajput clans are against the film and tried to creste a ruckus and stop the shoot, Sanjay Leela Bhashali, the director went ahead with the movie and completed it. The movie starring big actors like Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh and Shahid Kapoor has become a huge taking point now.
The gist of those discussions is can Padmavathi overpower Baahubali? The kind of hit Baahubali has achieved is highly imposible for any other Indian film to achieve. The movie collected more than 2000 crores, with both the versions and it is an Industry Hit of every language it released. Such huge response for any other movie is highly unlikely to even imagine. Even Rajamouli will not be able to create a similar kind of beast that can overpower Baahubali at the domestic markets.
But there is a chance for Padmavathi. It can be visually and content wise superior to Baahubali. Bajirao Mastani, previous movie of Bhansali, with similar story proved to be an epic drama superior to Baahubali-1. Even though collections have not been on the same level. Now, with Baahubali-2 doing so much of business, Bhansali can create a better looking visual feast with Emotional content but box office wise, he may not be able to repeat the magic of Baahubali.
