Balayya slapping his fans became a regular news these days. Balayya has slapped one of his fans in a recently held political meeting. Similarly, he has slapped his costume assistant at the time of his new film launch sometime back. These things have become common these days. Director Puri Jagannadh came up with an interesting logic about these slaps and he is saying that it is all 'love'.

He said that "Balayya slapping his fan has become a talking point. In fact, Balayya Babu doesn't need bouncers when he comes out like other heroes do. The reason is.. he knows how to control his fans. Whenever he slaps his fans.. they like it. They love Balayya more. Even Balayya has so much love towards them..nothing else. So, media persons change that meaning. If Balayya slaps any of his fans.. it's a love story."

Balayya fans have gone ecstatic listening to Puri speech. They have cheered Puri giving indications that they accept Balayya.. even if he scolds them or slaps them once on a while.
