"No One Could Have Imagined Charan Like That" - KRR
By: Tupaki Desk | 7 Oct 2018 11:20 AM GMTRam Charan did deliver his career best performance in Rangasthalam and the movie became a huge blockbuster.
K. Raghavendra Rao who is known for being the most successful director in Telugu Film Industry, said that he could have never thought about presenting Ram Charan as a hearing impaired person.
He praised Sukumar for planning everything in the movie well and presenting hero like he did without fear. He said, "During my hey days, heroes and fans would have never accepted such characters.
Even if I dared and hero could come forward, fans would have rejected the movie. Fear of delivering would have stopped me from thinking so.
Nobody in our era would have dared to show a popular hero like Charan that way. I am happy that these days directors are coming with good and new concepts. I always used to design characters of heroes according to their strengths and if they were new, I used to present them as if they can achieve anything.
Venkatesh had to work hard on learning the language well and Mahesh, Allu Arjun needed to be presented the way, I did. I always tried to satisfy all the groups of audience without fail," concluded the senior director.
