'Rangasthalam' Team To Reunite Once Again?

Sukumar became a popular director across the nation due to the humongous success of 'Pushpa' but prior to the Allu Arjun starrer, he made another rustic rural drama which is a classic. It is none other than 'Rangasthalam' which came out in 2018 and became a blockbuster. It was a flawless film that took us back in time and made us realize the real potential of Sukumar as a mass director. Ram Charan was terrific in the role of sound engineer Chittibabu. Music by Devi Sri Prasad was phenomenal and so was the cinematography from Ratnavelu. The film received a few National Awards too and fans are eager for Charan and Sukumar to reunite again.
Rumors suggest that their wish might come true. According to rumor mills, Sukumar recently had a meeting with the 'RRR' hero and narrated a storyline that impressed the latter. He reportedly gave his nod to the plotline and Sukumar will be developing it into a full-length script soon.
This news is making the movie lovers very excited but it may take awhile before going onto the sets. Sukumar is currently busy with the works of 'Pushpa - The Rule' and he agreed to make a film with Vijay Deverakonda too. Ram Charan on the other hand will be promoting 'RRR' till the end of this month. He already started working on his pan-Indian project with Shankar and it is a political thriller. He even okayed a project with 'Jersey' fame Gautham Thinnanuri under 'UV Creations' banner.
If things go right, the 'Rangasthalam' combo may happen by the end of 2023 or in 2024.
Coming to 'RRR', it is 'RRR' is produced by DVV Danayya over a budget of over 400 crores. SS Rajamouli is aiming to score another industry hit with this multi-starrer and MM Keeravani is the music composer. Alia Bhatt is playing the role of Sita in this film while Ajay Devgn will appear in a brief role. Olivia Morris is also a part of the film.
NTR will be seen as Komaram Bheem while Ram Charan plays the role of Alluri Seetha Ramaraju in this massive film which was delayed multiple times already. Senthil Kumar is the director of photography while Sabu Cyril is the production designer. Srinivas Mohan is the VFX supervisor for this huge project.
